第九条 of the Education Amendments of 1972 prohibits sex-based discrimination in any school or any other education program that receives funding from the federal government. F&M’s 第九条 Office ensures the College’s compliance with this funda精神 law and fosters a living, learning and 工作 environment free of discrimination and harassment.

F&M does not discriminate on the basis of sex and will not tolerate sexual misconduct in any form, including as defined 第九条或F&M’s community standards. 富兰克林 & PG电子 will not tolerate unlawful discrimination, harassment, or retaliation on the basis of sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, or sexual orientation.

- File a complaint according to F&M Sexual Misconduct Policies.
- Request a criminal investigation by law enforcement.
- Seek and be provided with supportive measures, including but not limited to medical, 精神 health and legal, visa/ immigration status assistance.
- File a claim and receive a prompt and equitable resolution to complaints under Title IX.
- Request and obtain a No 联系 Order and to receive information and assistance with obtaining Orders of Protection from local law enforcement.
- Be free from retaliation for exercising your rights.
- Be provided resources for on and off campus support and health services.

Sexual Misconduct Reporting Form
The faculty and staff at F&M care deeply about your safety and believe that it is
our obligation to do our best to keep you and our campus safe. This form is for reporting
instances of sexual assault, sexual harassment, dating/domestic violence, stalking
or other forms of sexual misconduct to the 第九条 Office. This form notifies the 第九条 Office and serves as a report of alleged behaviors.
It is not a formal complaint to initiate a 第九条 investigation.
If you are not a mandated reporter, you may submit this form anonymously if you wish.

the responsibility of each person within the Diplomat community to join in creating
an environment in which others can thrive without fear, hate, or bias. 所有的社区

Please note, this form should not be used to report allegations of sexual misconduct.
Those reports should be made using the Sexual Misconduct Reporting Form.
